Sound synchronizes brain waves, impacting our physical and mental well-being and allowing us to achieve profound states of consciousness.

In a sound healing session, I use crystal sound bowls with frequencies in the Solfeggio scale to help clear out the stagnant energy held in the body. The vibrations of each bowl align with one of the energy centers of the body, allowing me to customize each sound bath to provide the most transformative healing.

In many sound baths I also incorporate traditional and original medicine songs accompanied by guitar.

During a medicine walk, I act as a guide and facilitator, navigating the journey of the medicine and creating a safe container for you to expand and explore the deepest parts of yourself in a comfortable and beautiful environment.

When we come together in ceremony, we connect with the collective human spirit through conscious awareness and intention. We also honor the individual medicine within each of us, the inherent gifts that each participant offers the group.

Each ceremony is unique. Together, we will design an individualized event specific to your intentions. Within the container of the ceremony, I will hold sacred space through sound, medicine, and meditation to allow for individual and group healing.
